Amarr Garage Doors Logo and Image Use Agreement

This is to acknowledge request/receipt of Amarr Garage Doors digital product images and/or company logo from Amarr Garage Doors.

By acknowledging receipt of these images, the user agrees that the product images and/or logo are to be used in connection with advertising, marketing, or the presentation of Amarr Garage Door products only. If the receiver uses these images and/or logos for any other purpose other than advertising, marketing, or presenting Amarr Garage Door products, the user could be subject to legal action.

The receiver acknowledges these images and/or logos to be the sole property of Amarr Garage Doors and that each image that is utilized should be approved by Amarr Garage Doors’ Marketing Department and must bear the Amarr Garage Doors logo.

If at any point the receiver is no longer affiliated with Amarr as a recognized dealer, the receiver agrees to cease use of any Amarr supplied images or logos. If the receiver fails to comply with this stipulation, the receiver could be subject to legal action.

Please print this agreement, sign it with your business name, date, and signature, and fax to Amarr Marketing @ 336-767-3805.
